• publication in the Official Journal of the European Community on 12 May 2009 and in the Bulletin des Adjudications on 15 May 2009 of the notice of the restricted competition for projects relating to redevelopment of the northern strategic centre (Heysel) of the City of Brussels.

1 October:

selection of 3 to 8 candidates and specification

April 2010 :

2 successful candidates chosen and invited to bid.

The jury of the NEO project met, as expected, these 19 and 20 April 2010 and unanimously appointed two winners of the contest for the redevelopment of the site of the Heysel. These two winners are now put in competition and the winner will be known in the course of the month of June. They are and remain anonymous to preserve the procedure as defined in the methodology of the project from the start, namely an ethical process and good governance.
