• An objective approach to procedures, strict application of the rules for public contracts, the establishment of competitions (planning, architects, etc.) to contribute to ensuring healthy competition.
• Permanent dialogue with the local residents.
• Ongoing updating of the information on the website.
• The unique nature of Brussels in parallel with the international dimension of the site.

• Minimising use of public funds.
• Maximising public interest: increasing the value of public property to obtain a positive return for the local authority and enterprises.
• Collaboration with the private sector: remuneration commensurate with levels of skill.

• Systematic use of solutions to ensure sustainable development.
• Mobility around and within the site systematically integrated in the project plan ('macro' study in progress).
• Road layouts including natural elements such as water and trees.
